The series of the Republic of Indonesia (RIS) dated 1 Djanuari 1950 is a series of replacement money ORI, printed by Thomas De La Rue & co. Ltd. London and signed by Mr. Sjafruddin Prawiranegara.
Series outstanding comprising only 2 smithers is 5 and 10 rupiah . In a condition of regular ( not unc ) second smithers this are very easy and just takes tens of thousands of rupiah course . But in condition unc second smithers it has the rate of difficulty high
Fractions 5 rupiah numbered series D/1 to D/11 whereas fractional 10 rupiah from E/1 to E/19. So it can be inferred that the fractional 5 less than the release of 10 fractions. No wonder when fractional prices higher than 5 UNC 10 fractions.
in addition to these two fractions, there is also a series of specimen numbered series 000000 and proof series consisting of fractions of 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 rupiah was printed by the Security Banknote Company who scored the series landscapes for the 1951 and 1953.
